Eleuthia is an upcoming fashion fanzine intended to follow fashion spanning across several eras. It will feature characters from the mobile turn based RPG Honkai Star Rail as models for the outfits. Our current plan is to design the zine similar to a fashion magazine like Vogue, while splitting it into two sections to display illustrations and designs in chronological order based on the era the character’s outfits are based off of.Please see our official info doc for more detail.

What is a zine?
A (fan)zine is a small-circulation self-published work of original texts or images, usually created by a group of contributors that share the same interest. Some zines also offer merchandise in bundles along with the physical zine itself.-✦-What is the theme of this zine?
This zine will be depicting HSR characters as models for fashion styles throughout the eras. That means we will be accepting all sorts of fashion styles and AUs for the characters, ranging from hanfu to alternative! More details will be provided to all accepted contributors.-✦-Is this zine for profit or non-profit?
This zine will be for profit! Assuming we reach our financial goals with no profit loss, all contributors are expected to receive a cut of the total profit.-✦-Is the zine physical or digital?
The zine will be both physical and digital!-✦-Will contributors get a copy?
All contributors are guaranteed a digital copy. Our goal, however, is to provide contributors a physical copy and possibly a full bundle if we hit our financial goals.-✦-Will there be international shipping?
Yes! International shipping will be available, however some restrictions may apply based on country.-✦-What if I don’t play the game? Can I still join?
Yes of course! Even if you don’t play the game and merely enjoy the aesthetics and characters, we will be accepting all applications.-✦-Are minors allowed to participate in this zine?
Yes, however applicants must be at least 16 to apply. Minors will require explicit parental permission to apply and must have permission to use PayPal in order to receive contributor cuts.-✦-Do I need previous zine experience to apply?
No experience required to participate! Everyone is welcome to apply! Please do note that the main criteria will revolve around your portfolio so please include your strongest pieces for a higher chance of acceptance.-✦-How many contributors will be featured?
We are estimating around 30-35 contributors. However if the interest check goes well, we will be expecting up to 50 or more contributors.-✦-Can I collaborate with an artist/writer?
We are considering artist + writer collabs, meaning artists will have an option to work with a writer who will provide a companion fic piece to their design/artwork.-✦-What if I want to switch characters?
That’s fine! Due to the limited character pool, we will allow duplicate characters so long as the fashion/outfit varies between the artists. If you wish to switch characters, please contact a mod beforehand and we will get things sorted!-✦-Will the zine be SFW?
Yes, the zine will be SFW. The overall rating for this zine should be PG-13, with some non-sexual depictions of nudity and minor injury.-✦-What language will this zine be in?
This zine will be in all English.
